At MUJI, we aim to provide high-quality products that enhance your daily life. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items in their original, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and include all tags. Please note that innerwear, food, and used household items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return, or bring your original receipt to any MUJI retail location for an in-store processing.

Package and Ship

Carefully pack the items in their original box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
